We dug until the sun was slipping behind the trees, then most of the rockhounds who were there loaded up their vehicles and headed for home. A few of us stayed on Sunday night, too.
Scotts Black Widow
We sat near the pit, watching shooting starts streak across the sky and swapping rockhounding stories. I think we kept the coyotes at bay with all of our laughter.
