Graves Mountain

This was the first crystal I pulled from under the boulder. It has a dark purple iridescent tint, perfect specimen. It is still wet in this pic where I have been soaking off the mud. This turned out to be the largest crystal in the cluster, 10" long and 2.75" in diameter. It has two points.

This is my favorite piece, it has a gunmetal blue and gold coating, perfect crystal. It was sitting close to the ground. I removed it just before the boulder shifted down about 6". This crystal would have been destroyed. It now resides safely on my shelf.

Floater

The above three pics are of a double terminated fat crystal. It has iridescent coating covering it with lots of stalactitic growths covering the piece, very cool!

As always, another great trip with the southeasts #1 rockhounding club!
