        had a blacksmith on site to sharpen and reshape the rockhounds tools.  
        
        This 
            is a pic of my rockhammer before I let the blacksmith work on it. 
            It has sentimental value to me. Sandy bought it for me back in 1995, 
        it has seen better days.

            said there were more people than ever on Saturday, over 1,000! Cars 
            were lined up the hill, down to the road and about a 1/4 mile out

        The 
          scene on Sunday was about the same as Saturday, more people than I 
          have ever seen at the mine. 
        As 
          always a fantastic time was had by all. Thanks as always to Jr. 
          Norman and his family and friends who help him host the Open Houses' 
      every spring and fall. I'm looking forward to the next one.
