As afternoon came, the temperature began to rise, many of the members found their way to Harolds tent to hide from the sun.

Brian taking a break.

More new M.A.G.M.A. members, Colorado and his daughter Savannah.

Teamwork played a big part in the removal of some of the larger rocks, it was well worth the effort to see some of the finds that were made, the largest smoky quartz plate I saw was found by a Columbia member named George, it weighed over 100 pounds.

Ready.........Rock.....

And roll!

GeodePat working the dumps.

Nancy working the dumps.

We also had a visit from the worlds smallest rockpup!

"Killer"

Throughout the day numerous finds were made by all, Warren Falcone and his son Dylan worked a while in the smoky pit, Warren found this unusual piece, it also earned an interesting name which I will leave out of this report.

It's initials are D.D.
